Do you do other travel besides Honeymoons & Destination Weddings?
Absolutely! In fact, if your first trip booked with us is as a honeymoon client, we hope to sign you on as a customer for life!
Cruises, family reunions, & engagement trips are a few of our other favorite things to do. Special interest groups like golfers & divers have also been clients. We also work with a long list of suppliers to find you the best options for whatever your travel plans are – just ask!
What should we budget?
The cost of your dream trip will vary with how long you plan to stay, where you plan to go & what you decide is important to you. For example you might decide to do a shorter trip to upgrade to a nicer resort or room category vs. stay longer in more moderate accommodations. During the consultation we talk through your wants & needs to help determine what destinations and resorts are best for your budget and desires.
How and when do we pay?
Once we have narrowed down the search and selected your destination, resort and best value air options we will place a courtesy hold for 24 hours. During this time, you will complete our authorization form and return to us to make the initial deposit to lock in your reservations. About 45-60 days out from your date of departure your remaining balance will be due.
What does it cost to use your services?
Our services cost nothing more to you. You have nothing to lose by using our services for your travel because we care about the outcome as much as you. We want to help you find the right resort in the right place with opportunities to do the things you’ve dreamed of on your honeymoon. We are paid a commission through industry suppliers, just like the online websites; but we are here to provide you one-on-one client care from our initial consultation until your safe return.
What if we are traveling during hurricane season?
Ironically hurricane season falls over the most popular months for weddings. Believe it or not, the season is six months of the year – it’s almost hard to avoid. It’s also impossible to predict IF, when or where a hurricane might become an issue until it is one. You will likely have nothing to worry about, and you are not about to change your wedding date to accommodate! We have clients travel year-round. We do recommend the purchase of travel insurance for the “unpredictables” such as this.
Why do we need travel insurance?
Insurance in general is one of those necessary evils. You actually hope you never really need it. But as soon as you don’t have it’s sure to be when it would’ve come in handy! Travel insurance provides several benefits to you. There is a 24/7 concierge for you to speak with on any issues with your trip. Coverage for delay/interruption can come in handy if your flight is cancelled and you will lose out on your first day of the trip. Baggage delay/loss is included in the policy so that first day, when you arrive in jeans, but your swimsuit is accidentally routed to Toledo instead of Montego Bay, you can get you’re your trip underway in comfort. There is medical coverage – which many people do not have insurance in the US that will cover you outside your own state, let alone a foreign country. It is your prerogative, but we do ask for you to sign a waiver if you intend to decline the insurance(s) offered.

The first step is an initial consultation with one of our agents. We will ask you questions to understand what your honeymoon/DW vision is. There are literally thousands of options and we want to start narrowing down the choices based on what you share with us. Each client has different needs and we take the time to present unique itineraries and selections for each new & unique client.
